The clients hired Equinox to explore the feasibility of a home site utilizing permaculture principles. Equinox prepared a site constraints and opportunities map that reflected historic site land use and explored how to develop the site sustainably to avoid erosion or stormwater issues. With the site bifurcated by a gully, Equinox was able to help the clients see the possibilities and challenges of combining infrastructure with the land. In addition, the clients requested preliminary cost estimates for development to aid in their decision-making process.
