Equinox provided environmental assessment, due diligence, zoning and ordinance compliance during the entitlement process for the Master Planning of this Mixed-Use Development. The development focused on creating affordable, workforce, and attractive housing for the adjacent commercial businesses located adjacent to the site in the Town of Fletcher, NC. The design focuses on creating a strong neighborhood fabric that is walkable with a strong street scape character and integrated solar design.
