Equinox was hired by the NC Division of Parks and Recreation to work with DPR and the public to develop a master plan for Pisgah View State Park. The planning process is will identify the recreation, educational, and conservation needs for the park. Located in Buncombe County, the park rests in the shade of Mount Pisgah and was home to Pisgah View Ranch located on property owned by the Cogburn Family prior to being purchased by the state.
