The EcoDorm is the first LEED Platinum certified dormitory in the US. The EcoDorm now serves as a student dormitory and green building demonstration facility for Warren Wilson College and the community. Equinox assisted with siting the dormitory to limit site disturbance, evaluate drainage patterns, develop an innovative sediment and erosion control plan- all to assist in obtaining points for LEED certification.
