Equinox' role in this project was to prepare a NEPA compliant environmental assessment as well as stormwater design and permitting assistance for a project aimed at reducing flood damage downstream of an existing dam. It addresses impacts of stream restoration, construction of a new bridge, and road/utility improvements.
