Joyce Brown has years of experience developing, executing, and managing the systems that facilitate smooth operations in various business components including organizational development, human resources, risk management, sustainability, accounting, and benefits. She has a diverse background that has provided her with problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and understanding of the human element in the world around us. She is devoted to her community having served on various boards, committees, and non-profit organizations. Currently she serves on the Personnel Committee at First Presbyterian Church Asheville, and is teaching Sunday school to an awesome group of high school students. Her long running commitment to community, sustainability, and conservation issues culminates in her dedication to the goals and values of Equinox.
